Why "Bedrock"?

Because it's the order of operations. Every basement disaster story we've ever been called to fix started with a skipped foundation step — literal (water nobody addressed) or contractual (a scope nobody fixed). So the name is the method: get to solid ground on moisture, money and permits before a single stud goes up. Boring first, beautiful after.

What we believe about this work

• The basement should read like the house. Same trim, same doors, same paint standard. The stairs are not a border between quality zones.
• Fixed scope is respect. A homeowner should never learn their real price from change orders. The drawing you approve is the number you pay.
• Say the discouraging thing early. If a basement shouldn't be finished — height, water, structure — the free visit is where you hear it, not the invoice.
• Weekly words, zero chasing. You get a progress note every week of the build. Silence is a contractor failure mode; we've engineered it out.

Where we work
